ZAHIR FOOD – REFUND POLICY

At Zahir Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order is delivered correctly, on time, and meets the highest standards of quality. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request a refund.


1. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, missing items, or something you did not request, please:

  • Contact us within 60 minutes of delivery via the app, website, or email: [email protected]

  • Provide details of the issue, including your order number and, if possible, photos of the items received.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Resending the missing item (if feasible)

  • Account credit for future use

  • Partial or full refund depending on the situation


2. Damaged or Low-Quality Products

If your food arrives damaged, is unsafe to eat, or does not meet our quality standards, you may request compensation.

  • Report the issue on the same day of delivery

  • Include photos or evidence to help us verify the problem

After review, we may issue a full refund, partial refund, or store credit.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Before preparation begins: You may cancel your order free of charge if the restaurant has not started preparing it.

  • After preparation begins: Unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible, as ingredients have already been used and the meal is being prepared.

You can check your order status in the app or website in real time.


4. Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered due to an error on our part or by our delivery partners, you may be eligible for:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement order (subject to availability)

Note: If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer or unavailability to receive the order, Zahir Food may not be responsible, and refunds may not apply.


5. Payments via Card or Digital Methods

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • It may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. How to Request a Refund

7. Final Decision
