ZAHIR FOOD – CANCELLATION POLICY

At Zahir Food, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel their orders and whether they are eligible for a refund or credit.
You may cancel your order free of charge if the restaurant has not yet started preparing your food.
Cancellations can be made directly through the Zahir Food app or website.
Once the restaurant has begun preparing your food, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will be charged in full.
You can track the status of your order in real time in your account dashboard or order history.
To cancel your order:
Log in to your account via the Zahir Food app or ZahirFood.com
Go to “My Orders” and select the active order
If the order is still eligible for cancellation, a "Cancel Order" option will be available

If canceled before preparation begins: You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.
If canceled after preparation begins: No refund will be issued.
Refunds (when applicable) may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
In rare cases, your order may be canceled by the restaurant or delivery partner due to:
Restaurant closure or unavailability of items
Delivery limitations (e.g. weather, location issues)
System errors
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reorder at no extra cost.
Zahir Food monitors repeated or suspicious cancellations. Accounts that abuse the cancellation system may be subject to:
Temporary suspension
Permanent account deactivation
Restriction of refund eligibility
